1. Inclined conveying
The uneven belt surface, featuring longitudinal grooves and a grained finish, together with a high coefficient of friction, helps prevent conveyed items from slipping even on inclined conveyors.
(Recommended for inclination angles of 5 to 25 degrees.)
*For inclination angles between 20 and 90 degrees, please refer to belts designed for steep incline conveying.*
2. Sliding conveying
For applications that require sliding conveyed items on the belt—such as aligning, sorting, or adjusting the flow rate—polyurethane-covered belts with high hardness or uncovered belts with a canvas surface are commonly used.
3. Low-noise specification
The back surface of the belt is softened to reduce friction noise caused by contact with steel plates and other supporting components.
