Bando Chemical Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Hyogo, Japan) will exhibit at the IDTechEx Show! 2019 to be held in Santa Clara, California, USA from November 20 (Wednesday) to 21 (Thursday). At this year's exhibition, we will introduce our HEATEX® high thermal conductivity sheets, FlowMetal® silver nanoparticle products (bonding materials and inks), and TOPX ® precision polishing materials.
High thermal conductivity sheet
HEATEX®.
Anisotropic filler orientation provides unprecedented high thermal conductivity. In addition to insulating and conductive specifications, low hardness (flexible) specifications are also available. We will propose a product that meets the thermal problem of the application you are considering.
Silver nanoparticle products (bonding materials, inks)
FlowMetal®.
As a silver bonding material using nanoparticles, it supports chip-to-substrate bonding during high-temperature semiconductor drive. Even under repeated thermal fatigue and distortion caused by thermal expansion, the material exhibits low elastic modulus from the nanoparticles and low electrical resistance from the silver, resulting in improved reliability and low loss.
As conductive silver inks using silver colloids, we offer a lineup of inks for various printing methods. We offer inks suitable for various printing methods and base materials, mainly water-based and organic solvents, which exhibit low-temperature firing and low resistivity.

Polishing pads for lapping process with high polishing rate and low finish roughness, independent of pre-process surface roughness, through binder properties, dispersion, and wear control technology. We propose polishing pads and processes for brittle to difficult-to-machine materials.
