New Lineup of Sunline® Belts for Light Conveyor Belts Non-adhesive Belt for Food Use "Mr. Silky Touch™" Launched

(Headquarters: Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture) announces the addition of the "Mr. Silky Touch™" non-adhesive belt for food products to its new lineup of "Sunline® Belt" light transport belts, and the start of sales in August 2020.
1. Background and Aim of Development
In response to various non-adhesive specification requirements for light conveyor belts for food products, we have developed a belt with excellent release and sliding properties on the belt surface by coating a mixture of silicone and polyurethane on the belt surface of a polyurethane cover.
2. New Product Features
(1) Silicone-polyurethane hybrid coating covers the belt surface to provide both mold release and slipping properties. Ideal for conveying bread and confectionery dough, fresh confections, etc., and for film packaging lines.
(2) Complies with Japanese and European standards.
Passed the extraction test of the Food Sanitation Law (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370)
