(Headquarters: Kobe, Hyogo, Japan) announces the development and marketing of "Mr. Pro Zipper™," a resin lacing endless process, as a new endless processing method for its "Sunline® Belt" light transport belt lineup.

2. Background and Aim of Development
We have developed a new endless processing* method that can respond to diverse work environments, such as limited work time and insufficient work space when changing belts.
*Endless processing is a joint process in which a new light conveyor belt is installed in the conveyor line.
3. Features of the new processing method
(1) Short replacement time because pins are simply inserted on site.
(2) Endless belt processing is possible even in high places and narrow spaces.
(3) Made of resin, which is less likely to damage materials to be transported and less likely to get dirty.
