(1) Our website Product informationExport Control (Determination of Applicability) of Our Productsand click on "Application for issuing a certificate of compliance (individual product name)".

(2) After entering "Customer Information" and reading the description, enter the "Request for Issuance" items and click the "Answer" button.

(3)Finally, click the "Output" button to download the relevant report (PDF data).
