1. Background and Aim of Development
In recent years, there has been a growing need to add functions other than conveyance to belts, such as improving the non-adhesiveness of conveyed materials and belts in order to improve work efficiency in food conveyance applications. In response to this need, we have developed a new belt that uses a hybrid material with silicone-modified polyurethane impregnated on the belt surface to achieve both high peelability on the belt surface and slipperiness on the belt.
2. New Product Features
(1) High peelability and slipperiness enable conveyance with hand dust left behind in cases where hand dust needs to be shaken to control the adhesiveness of the conveyed object.
(2)Two types of specifications with and without ear-fraying prevention function are available in the lineup to meet customers' usage conditions.
(3) Joint processing and V-guide processing are available according to the customer's conditions of use.
