2. Background and Aim of Development

The civil engineering industry in Japan is faced with a chronic shortage of human resources and an aging population, and there is a need to maintain and improve construction quality and environmental friendliness, as well as to further improve the efficiency of construction work.
By using this product in concrete formwork construction, it is expected to improve quality by suppressing surface bubbles that occur during concrete placement, conserve resources by being used repeatedly, and improve workability through micro-adhesion processing.

3. New Product Features

(1) Excellent bubble suppression effect
The unique structure, which combines a water-repellent coating and a water-permeable layer developed by our company, suppresses surface bubbles that tend to occur after concrete placement. Suppression of surface bubbles increases the denseness and leads to improved durability of the concrete surface.
(2) Resource conservation through repeated use
It is highly durable and can be used repeatedly because it is not easily contaminated during installation. It also maintains a high surface bubble suppression effect even after repeated use.
(3) Reduction of man-hours during construction
The micro-adhesion process makes it easy to attach to concrete formwork.

We will continue to offer "WILTIAWe plan to develop new products that respond to solving social issues by utilizing the
