Bando Chemical Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at "Grinding Technology Japan 2023" to be held at Makuhari Messe from March 8, 2023, under the theme of "Process Shortening of Grinding/Polishing Processes". We look forward to seeing you at our booth.

2. Exhibits
We will introduce examples of improvements made by using our fixed abrasive diamond pads (grinding/polishing pads). We will also introduce in detail how to install/remove the pads and the preparation procedures for using the fixed abrasive pads in your current grinding/polishing equipment. If you have any problems with your current grinding/polishing process, please feel free to contact us.
3. Exhibits
We will exhibit diamond fixed abrasive pads (grinding/polishing pads).
For grinding/polishing processes such as lapping of special glass and fine ceramics, we propose measures to reduce processes, shorten total processing time, and reduce environmental impact. This diamond fixed abrasive pad is independent of the surface roughness before grinding/polishing and has both high grinding/polishing rate and low finish roughness by using binder design (elastic modulus and tribology) and dispersion technology.
