Belt" belts for conveying food products with excellent low-shrinkage properties. 2. Background and Aims of Development
Food conveyor belts are subject to problems such as rippling and dimensional changes caused by oil and powder from the food being conveyed getting into the back of the belt during use or by hot water washing for heat sterilization. To solve these problems, we have improved the canvas on the back of the belt to suppress dimensional changes of the belt compared to conventional products, and have developed a food conveyor belt with excellent low shrinkage properties, "Mr. K. K. Belt. L Keeper. ™" was developed.
3. New Product Features
- (1)Suppresses dimensional changes due to submerged oil and powder and hot water washing.
- (2) Sliding properties on the back side of the belt enable table-supported running and knife-edge (R3).
- (3) Excellent heat and chemical resistance (sodium hypochlorite solution), enabling belt washing with hot water.
- (4)It is antibacterial, mildew-proof, and ear-tangle-proof, and conforms to the Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 4, "Health and Welfare Notification No. 4. 370 regarding the Food Sanitation Law and the Food Sanitation Law Positive List System.
