Notice Concerning Exhibit at the 23rd Mechanical Components and Materials Technology Expo (M-Tech)

Bando Chemical Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the 23rd Mechanical Components and Materials Technology Expo (M-Tech ) to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from February 6 (Wed.) to 8 (Fri.), 2012. At this year's exhibition, we will introduce our products with the keywords "system products and core technologies".
Hyper Flat Drive System (HFD® System)
The product won the Energy Conservation Grand Prize in 2013 and 2008.
The combination of a flat belt, meander control device, and auto tensioner into a system that brings out the best features of the flat belt, resulting in a high level of energy savings.
High load belt
Ceptor®-VI S3M,S5M
The use of high-strength glass core wire and high elasticity of rubber enables use up to high load ranges that conventional small pitch tooth profiles could not handle. The narrower width of the belt contributes to compact design.
Sealing material for sliding parts of machine tools
Wiper Edge® EX
This product was developed by utilizing the urethane compounding and processing technologies that we have cultivated over many years. The use of special polyurethane in the sealing section provides excellent coolant resistance, abrasion resistance, and high-speed sliding properties.
