This is an application example in the coating (glazing) process for donuts and other confectionery and bakery products.
In the upstream and downstream processes, the Mr. Ultra Mirror™ conveyor belt, which offers excellent cleanability with consideration for hygiene requirements in food production lines, is highly suitable. It resists contamination and allows for easy wipe-down cleaning.
In the coating (glazing) process, multiple BANCORD™ round belts, made of polyurethane with excellent oil resistance, are used to reduce the buildup of excess coating. This supports a uniform finish and improves cleanability.
