Bando Chemical Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has begun selling "Mr. N Stick™," a non-adhesive belt for food products, as a new addition to its "Sunline® Belt Mr. Series" lineup of light transport belts.
1. Background and Aim of Development
In recent years, there has been a growing need to improve functions other than conveyance of belts, such as increasing the non-adhesiveness of belts to conveyed materials in order to improve work efficiency in food conveyance applications.
In response to this situation, we have developed a belt with improved non-adhesiveness to highly adhesive conveyed materials (especially rice) by forming a fine, convex shape on the surface of the belt.
2. New Product Features
(1) The belt's convex surface provides superior durability and non-adhesiveness to highly adhesive materials (especially rice).
(2) The back surface of the belt is an impregnated canvas surface, allowing the processing of anti-snaking cleats.
(3) Two types of surface resins are available: non-adhesive resin type and moisture/heat resistant resin type.
