(Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture) announces the addition of the ear-fraying prevention process "Mr. BANSEAL™" to its lineup of new endless processing methods for its "Sunline® Belt" light transport belts and the start of sales.

2. Background and Aim of Development
We have developed a new processing method to prevent frayed edges of light transport belts by thermally welding VANCORD® round belts to the belt edges, in response to customers' frequent inquiries about frayed edges.
3. New Product Features
(1) Prevents ear fraying by covering the belt edge.
It is also effective in preventing water and oil from penetrating the belt edge.
(2) Environmentally friendly specifications due to heat-fusion bonding process that does not use adhesives.
(3) Visibility can be improved by sealing with BANCORD® in a different color from the belt.
