Narrow Cog V-belt

Cogged narrow belts are power transmission belts widely used in both light and heavy industries.

This is a low-edge cogged narrow V-belt designed to meet the demands for high transmission capacity and compactness. By incorporating a cogged structure, it achieves higher transmission capacity compared with conventional narrow V-belts.
(Specified as narrow V-belt in DIN 7753T1 / ISO 4184)

Narrow Cog V-belt

Features

- Provides 20–30% higher transmission capacity than conventional narrow V-belts through a cogged design

- Suitable for applications with small pulley diameters and high-speed operation

- Enables space-saving drive designs by reducing the number of belts required

Structure

1. Outer fabric: Chloroprene
2. Core wire: Low-stretch polyester
3. Adhesive rubber: Chloroprene
4. Lower rubber: Chloroprene
