This is an application example of long synchronous belt (LSB-U) used for lifting and lowering feed (conveyance) of semi-conductor stockers. The LSB-U is equipped with a carriage on which fed (conveyance) objects are placed and moved to achieve both high positional accuracy and cleanliness.
