Terms and Conditions for Participation in the BANDO Europe GmbH prize competition
1. Organizer
The prize competition is organized by BANDO Europe GmbH, with its registered office at Krefelder Straße 671, 41066 Mönchengladbach GERMANY (hereinafter referred to as "BANDO Europe").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the prize competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who reside within the European Union. Employees of BANDO Europe and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Participation
Participation in the prize competition is free of charge and does not require the purchase of goods or services. To participate, individuals must complete and submit the entry form available at https://products.bandogrp.com/special_site/snowmobile-drive-belts-peakattack/snowmobile/
(hereinafter referred to as "URL") within the specified entry period. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
4. Data Protection and Use of Personal Data
a. Data Controller: The data controller responsible for processing participants' personal data is BANDO Europe GmbH, Krefelder Straße 671, 41066 Mönchengladbach GERMANY (info@bando.de).
b. Categories of Data: The personal data collected includes [Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and any other data collected].
c. Purpose of Data Processing: Personal data collected during the prize competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize competition, selecting winners, and distributing prizes. Additionally, participants' personal data may be used by BANDO Europe for internal marketing purposes, including sending newsletters, promotional offers, and information about products and services.
d. Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing participants' personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) with respect to the administration of the prize competition, and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent) with respect to the use of data for marketing purposes.
e. Consent: By participating in the prize competition, participants explicitly consent to the use of their personal data for internal marketing purposes. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting BANDO Europe at info@bando.de. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
f. Data Retention: Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, or until the participant withdraws their consent.
g. Data Subject Rights: Participants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Prize
The prizes will be described in detail at URL. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. BANDO Europe reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on 31 January 2025. The winner(s) will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of the notification, BANDO Europe reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Liability
BANDO Europe is not liable for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions that may prevent participation in the prize competition. BANDO Europe is also not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
The winner is obliged to fit the provided BANDO transmission belt and carry out a trial use of the belt. However, BANDO EUROPE cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or defects of the snowmobile that occur during trial use.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Germany . Any disputes arising from or in connection with the prize competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mönchengladbach GERMANY.
